L-Leucine: This is an essential amino acid which can not be manufactured by the body, therefore it must be obtained through diet and/or nutritional supplementation on a daily basis. L-Leucine plays a significant role in muscle metabolism. It is used by the body to build and repair muscle tissue. It also assists in stabilizing blood sugar levels.
