How do I use IF-FUEL™?

 

IF-FUEL™ is an all natural plant and amino based dietary supplement that is sweetened with the stevia rebaudiana plant, monk fruit, and lemon powder. We do not promote the use of artificial sweeteners...If you feel as though you need additional sweetening you may mix  IF-FUEL™ with your favorite sugar free, non-caloric drink or the artificial sweetener of your choice.  

Lifestyle support:

  1. Mix 1-2 scoops of IF-FUEL™ with 8-12oz of cold water and drink in place of breakfast.
  2.  OPTIONAL: Mix 1 scoop of IF-FUEL™ with 8-12oz of cold water and drink 3-5 hours after your first serving.

Exercising in the morning in the "fasted state":

  1. Mix 2 scoops of IF-FUEL™ with 8-12oz of cold water and drink 30 minutes prior to exercise.
  2. Mix 1-2 scoops of IF-FUEL™ with 8-12oz of cold water and drink post exercise.   
  3. OPTIONAL/ EXTENDED FAST: Mix 1 scoop of IF-FUEL™ with 8-12oz of cold water and drink 3-5 hours after your post exercise serving for additional fasting support.

Fasting in the morning/ exercising in the afternoon in the "fed state":

  1. Mix 1-2 scoops of IF-FUEL™ with 8-12oz of cold water and drink in place of breakfast.
  2. Mix 2 scoops of IF-FUEL™ with 8-12oz of cold water and drink 30 minutes prior to exercise (best to take 2 hours after last meal.) 
  3. Recover with a post workout recovery meal.

 24 hour fast:

  1. Easiest to begin your fast the evening before, stop eating by 5:00 pm
  2. Mix 1-2 scoops of  IF-FUEL™ with 8-12oz of cold water and drink in place of breakfast.
  3. Mix 1-2 scoops of  IF-FUEL™  with 8-12oz of cold water and drink at lunch time (drink plenty of water throughout your fast.)                     

 

IF YOU ARE NOT PRACTICING INTERMITTENT FASTING, SIMPLY CONSUME IF-FUEL™ BEFORE EXERCISE AND/OR  SPORTING EVENT.
